THE APPROACH

Privacy isn't a slogan. It's a data path you can check.

We say plainly what stays with you and what goes over the network. The device keeps your data; the model in the cloud gets the text it needs to answer.

ON YOUR DEVICE

Voice notes are transcribed on the device, and your document archive is indexed and searched locally — the recordings and archive files are not sent to the cloud. Replies come from a language model in the cloud: on a subscription plan through our gateway, which stores no content, or with your own API key. The model receives the text needed for the task, plus any photos and PDFs you send the assistant in a chat.

IN THE EU

The service panel and the model gateway run on servers in the EU. Language model providers are also based outside the EU — who they are and on what terms is set out in the privacy policy.

An appliance you own. The box and your data stay yours — no vendor lock-in, no data held hostage behind an API.
